fonio is recruiting a Marketing Engineer to bridge data science and paid media. You will consolidate signals into a single source of truth, build ML models to score leads by value, and feed insights back into ad platforms to improve optimization.

The role is hands-on with full ownership over modeling, tracking infrastructure, and business impact, collaborating with Performance Marketing and Go-to-Market teams. English is the company language; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building data pipelines and ML models using Python and SQL.
• Understanding of paid media signals and how platforms consume them.
• Attribution or offline conversion uploads experience is a plus.
• Strong English (German a plus).

• Build predictive CLTV models from ground up by consolidating signals into a database.
