DNV Australia seeks an Operation Manager to lead IPA Australia activities within the Offshore Class, overseeing accreditation, client audits, and market development to expand certification services.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in Industrial Product Certification, strong stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of Australian schemes. Hybrid work model and global career opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Industrial Product Certification.
• Knowledge of Australian product certification schemes (WaterMark, WMTS, AS series, CPR, Ex).
• Self-driven, proactive, and highly motivated with strong customer relationship management and client service skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage IPA Australia operation activities.
• Maintain JAS/NZS accreditation and coordinate with the accreditation body.
• Participate in sales activities and perform client audits.
• Develop go-to-market activities and meet with existing and potential clients.
• Aim to achieve IPA Australia business targets and grow certification services.
