Zusammenfassung

Amer Sports is seeking an OT Security Domain Manager to lead enterprise OT security across our global site network. You will own the domain roadmap, drive multi-site programs, and coordinate with Cyber Security and Site Leads to safeguard manufacturing and distribution operations.

The role requires strong program management, cross-functional collaboration, and deep knowledge of OT security standards (IEC 62443) to ensure risk is translated into concrete investments and improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of OT environments, manufacturing processes, and supply chain dependencies.
• Proven ability to translate OT security requirements into business priorities, roadmaps and architecture plans.
• Experience coordinating OT security across multiple sites in a structured, programmatic way.

Aufgaben

• Plan, prioritize, and drive consistent OT security implementation across the domain (roadmap, milestones, ownership).
• Manage multi-site OT security initiatives as a program (scope, timeline, risks, and stakeholder communications).
• Maintain and coordinate OT security architecture view and rollout planning with Cyber Security and EA teams.
• Coordinate and guide local OT Security Site Leads; track control implementation and remediation progress.
• Translate OT security requirements and residual risks into business priorities and investment proposals.
• Ensure OT security requirements are embedded from design in large build projects and lifecycle.
• Manage OT security interfaces with OEMs, system integrators, and third-party providers; ensure security requirements are defined and verified.
• Ensure domain OT security aligns with IEC 62443, NIS2, ISO 27001 and supports audits.
