Qualifikationen

• You have previous experience as a Chef de Rang or in a similar Food & Beverage service role, ideally within luxury hospitality
• You are passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences through personalized service
• You possess strong food and beverage knowledge and a genuine interest in hospitality
• You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You are confident, professional, and able to build rapport with international guests
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a calm, positive attitude under pressure
• You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering the highest standards of service
• You enjoy working as part of a team while taking ownership of your responsibilities
• You speak fluent English; German and additional languages are a strong advantage
• You are flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Aufgaben

• Deliver exceptional and personalized service throughout the guest dining experience
• Take ownership of an assigned station, ensuring seamless service and attention to detail
• Create meaningful guest interactions and build lasting relationships through genuine hospitality
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food, beverages, wines, and daily specials
• Ensure accurate order taking and coordination with Culinary and Bar teams
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to requests
• Maintain a thorough understanding of menus, ingredients, allergens, and beverage offerings
• Support the achievement of outlet goals through effective upselling and attentive service
• Handle guest feedback and concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach
• Assist in the setup, maintenance, and presentation of the restaurant according to Rosewood standards
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across all Food & Beverage areas to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Uphold Rosewood brand standards, service rituals, and operational procedures at all times
