Qualifikationen

• Previous experience as a Chef de Rang or in a similar F&B role, ideally in luxury hospitality or events.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and personalized service.
• Professional appearance and service-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented and collaborative across departments.
• Flexible schedule; evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent English; German or other languages are a plus.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Aufgaben

• Deliver exceptional service during events, banquets, private functions, and special occasions.
• Ensure event spaces are prepared and presented to Rosewood standards.
• Provide professional, attentive, and personalized service throughout each guest experience.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Events, Stewarding, and F&B teams for smooth execution.
• Manage assigned section during events with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly in a warm, professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, beverages, and event specs.
• Support setup, execution, and breakdown of events and functions.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and contribute to resolutions when required.
• Uphold Rosewood brand standards, service rituals, and procedures.
• Contribute to memorable guest moments through genuine hospitality.
