Van Cleef & Arpels in Vienna is seeking a client‑focused boutique ambassador fluent in German and English. You will welcome visitors, build client loyalty, and deliver an outstanding experience while showcasing our universe, history, creations and inspirations.

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will drive business, grow client knowledge, provide after-sales care, and contribute to a positive team spirit. Compensation: €59k gross per year, overpayment possible.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and client-focused approach.

Aufgaben

• Drive business – recruiting clients, developing their loyalty and achieving sales objectives;
• Grow our client’s expertise – presenting our universe, history, creations and sources of inspirations;
• Offer an outstanding experience – personalizing client relationship, anticipating client’s needs;
• Serve all our visitors – answering to all client’s requests, after sales services and care advices;
• Contribute to a positive team spirit – actively participating in the day-to-day boutique life;
• Develop operational excellence – mastering in-store tools, following commercial policies and procedures.
