Job summary

Anton Paar Austria GmbH in Graz is looking for a logistics professional who serves as the central point of contact for our goods handling, fleet management and procurement processes. You will independently manage orders, deliveries, warehouse operations and related administrative tasks.

This autonomous, hands-on role emphasizes teamwork and reliability. Candidates should have a completed apprenticeship or FH, at least 3 years’ experience, strong German (C2) and good English, and experience with

Qualifications

• Completed education (apprenticeship, FH, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
• Proficient in the use of digital tools.

• Professional and friendly appearance with strong teamwork.
• Willingness and ability to perform hands-on physical work when required.
• Fluent German (C2) and good English skills.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and maintain purchasing transactions in the ERP system.
• Coordinate deliveries and goods receipts.
• Warehouse management and inventory control.
• Organize and actively support all logistics-related processes.
• Manage and oversee our vehicle fleet, from procurement and leasing to maintenance and servicing.
• Support administrative activities related to logistics and materials management.
• Actively contribute to day-to-day operational business.
