You will support administrative processes, act as the interface with accounting, manage orders and inventory, review sales prices and terms, and handle international tax matters.

The role requires attention to detail, strong numerical skills, ERP experience (SAP Business One), and fluent German and English.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training (e.g., HAK) or a comparable qualification.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One).
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Amazon Seller Central is an advantage.
• Strong affinity for numbers and strong analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of business principles and an interest in economic contexts.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Team-oriented personality in an interdisciplinary environment.
• Willingness to learn and flexibility in taking on new topics and responsibilities.
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style with a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsabilités

• Independent processing of customer orders, including invoicing and data maintenance in modern e-commerce and payment systems.
• Monitoring stock levels and organizing incoming and outgoing goods to ensure a smooth flow of goods.
• Coordinating and managing all goods flow processes, including purchasing, transport logistics, and returns management.
• Processing customer inquiries related to orders, delivery, and returns.
• Actively maintaining and monitoring online prices, including currency conversions and quality checks on our website.
• Active involvement in the design and further development of our ERP system.
• Close collaboration with group accounting during monthly and annual financial closings.
• Managing international tax matters such as tax registrations and documentation.
• Continuously optimizing and documenting our international sales processes.
