Zusammenfassung

Johnson Electric Group seeks an experienced Line Coach Maintenance to ensure optimal function of manufacturing production lines in Austria. You will lead proactive and reactive maintenance, drive RCA and sustainable fixes, and define standards for N1–N3 maintenance while guiding technicians.

The role requires strong problem-solving, reading technical drawings, and ability to work in a multilingual, international environment. Willingness to work shifts and weekends as needed is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in industrial maintenance or equivalent.
• Significant experience with complex equipment and technical systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and perform machine setup/adjustments.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work in international/multilingual environments.
• Languages: French and/or German and/or English.

Aufgaben

• Ensure compliance with SUVA safety regulations and HSE standards during all technical interventions.
• Act as the technical reference for the assigned area during complex breakdowns without direct hierarchical responsibility for technicians.
• Ensure equipment reliability through structured troubleshooting, RCA, and implementing corrective actions.
• Optimize preventive and condition-based maintenance, define scope for N1/N2/N3 maintenance, and follow up inspection actions.
• Coach and support technicians, transfer critical knowledge, and develop technical autonomy.
