Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in industrial maintenance.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of PLC logic; able to read schematics and manuals.
• Experience with hand and power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Able to work independently and in a team; good communication and physical endurance.

Aufgaben

• Respect SUVA rules, consignments/LOTO and work standards during interventions.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness and 6S in maintenance areas and restore equipment after intervention.
• Carry out maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, automated equipment and vision/control systems.
• Diagnose breakdowns, restore operation and return to production.
• Contribute to quality problem resolution and preventive actions.
• Perform preventive and conditional maintenance per plan and report anomalies.
• Fill intervention reports in DIMOmaint with details and recommendations.
• Apply instructions and machine settings; propose improvements based on feedback.
• Ensure structured handover at shift end outlining progress and priorities.
• Develop versatility per skills matrix and participate in technical training.
• Participate in series changes and machine adjustments for restart.
• Maintain standard cycle rate and OEE by addressing drifts.
