The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, fault analysis, and the ability to work in a multilingual, international environment, with willingness to work shifts, including weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in industrial maintenance or related field.
• Extensive industrial maintenance experience with complex equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and set up machines.

Aufgaben

• Ensure compliance with SUVA safety regulations and HSE standards during interventions.
• Provide technical leadership during complex breakdowns without direct supervision of technicians.
• Maintain equipment reliability through structured troubleshooting and RCA.
• Optimize preventive and condition-based maintenance and define standards for N1/N2/N3.
• Coach and develop technicians ensuring adherence to standards.
