Job summary

Bitpanda, founded in Vienna, Austria, is seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager for Vision Chain to own the onchain product and evolve the OP Stack-based infrastructure. You will work with internal and external teams, shaping compliance, identity, and privacy integrations for financial institutions and developers.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Compliance, Legal, and Data Protection teams, reporting to the Head of Web3 Product, and operate within a small, senior team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product or engineering experience.
• Deep understanding of EVM rollup mechanics (sequencing, fees, proofs, withdrawals).
• Translate complex business/regulatory needs into precise technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own Vision Chain at infrastructure level; manage configuration and OP Stack changes.
• Manage infrastructure partnerships with providers (RPC nodes, indexing, oracles).
• Collaborate with Compliance/Legal on regulatorily-compliant onchain screening and privacy.
• Run reliability, incidents and cost; own developer docs and onboarding until a partner joins.
• Coordinate with other Vision Web3 leads to align technical roadmap with product roadmap.
