Job summary

Bybit EU GmbH in Vienna seeks a Product Manager for Trading Experience & Institutional to own end-to-end strategy and delivery of institutional client services and core trading products.

You will bridge institutional requirements with crypto trading infrastructure, drive product strategy across margin/derivatives, dashboards, BI analytics, and onboarding workflows, collaborating with engineering, risk, compliance and BD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in internet-based B2B platforms, financial trading products, or B2B data/BI products.
• Proven ability to drive medium-to-large initiatives, with live product launch experience.
• Deep understanding of financial trading concepts and enthusiasm for digital assets.
• Strong data analysis, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership within diverse teams.
• Fluent/Professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development and optimization of the institutional client service platform.
• Define dashboard requirements, business needs, and data reporting for institutional traders.
• Drive innovation across crypto derivatives, spot, margin, and structured products.
• Conduct research to identify feature highlights for professional clients and funds.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Risk, Compliance and Business Development to deliver PRDs and maintain quality.
• Prioritize feedback and drive efficient resolution of operational challenges.
