Bitpanda is hiring a Specialist in Procurement & 3rd Party Relations to drive full‑cycle sourcing across Europe’s digital assets platform. You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Finance to optimize third‑party spend and implement scalable governance in a fast‑paced fintech environment.

The role requires 3–6 years in procurement and proven negotiation skills, with a strong focus on TPRM, risk management, and cross‑functional partnership.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management within a fast‑paced, international organization.
• Proven negotiator with a track record of leading complex vendor negotiations and cost savings.
• Contract & governance savvy with knowledge of TPRM frameworks and approval workflows.
• Analytical and data‑driven, able to assess spend, compare proposals, and track KPIs.
• Bilingual in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end procurement lifecycles from requirement gathering to renewal management.
• Lead commercial negotiations and structure terms to maximize value.
• Manage contracts, renewal terms, and related risks with Legal and Compliance.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to shape sourcing strategies and respond quickly to requests.
• Uphold governance and optimize procurement workflows and P2P tooling.
