Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Lead QA Engineer in Vienna, Austria to oversee EU testing framework, manage test processes, data, environments and team setup. You will coordinate releases with SRE and other related teams to ensure quality across Bybit’s EU operations and lead testing executions aligned with business needs.

Requirements include a strong command of English and Chinese, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and experience with multiple programming languages.

Qualifications

• Strong command of English and Chines.
• Bachelor degree or above with computer, mathematics, information management and other related majors.
• Familiar with at least one programming language such as C, C++, Java, Python, Perl, etc.
• Familiar with software development process, master software testing theory and methods, design and develop testing tools, automated testing and better frame capacity.
• Experience with crypto exchange

Responsibilities

• Oversee and advise on Bybit EU test management framework including test processes, test data, test environment and test teams’ setup.
• Work with business SRE and other relevant teams to control all releases to Bybit EU.
• Participate in or lead the execution of overall testing and be responsible for all the changes fulfilling the business needs.
