Job summary

Bybit EU GmbH in Austria is seeking a Senior QA/Test Manager to oversee the EU test management framework and ensure release quality across Bybit EU platforms. You will work with SRE and development teams to coordinate testing activities and ensure alignment with business needs.

Ideal candidates have strong command of English and Chinese, a bachelor’s degree in computer-related fields, and hands-on experience with multiple programming languages.

Qualifications

• Strong command of English and Chinese.
• Bachelor degree or above in computer/math/information management or related fields.
• Familiar with at least one programming language such as C/C++/Java/Python/Perl.
• Familiar with software development process and testing theory.
• Experience with crypto exchange.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and advise on Bybit EU test management framework including test processes, test data, test environment and test teams’ setup.
• Work with business SRE and other relevant teams to control all releases to Bybit EU.
• Participate in or lead the execution of overall testing and be responsible for all the changes fulfilling the business needs.
• Ensure the quality of the tested system and solve technical problems in the testing process.
