Qualifications

• 8+ years of product experience owning complex data, platform, or AI products.
• 2+ years managing and coaching product managers.
• Prior experience in management consulting or multi-stakeholder professional services, ideally retail/CPG/RGM.
• Strong technical fluency to collaborate with engineering and architecture teams on data pipelines and APIs.
• Deep practical grasp of data quality, lineage, governance, privacy, security, and data contracts.
• Experience building and scaling ML or generative AI products with sensitive data infrastructure.
• Ownership of end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to value-driven iteration.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, capable of presenting clear senior leadership recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, roadmaps, and delivery for data/AI products.
• Lead two Product Managers and guide their growth and performance.
