Zusammenfassung

Novartis Pharma Austria is seeking a DAP Manager (Data, AI, Analytics & Platforms) to act as the local technical expert for data and AI within Execution Excellence. You will own data solutions, build scalable pipelines, and co-create Power BI dashboards on Snowflake, leveraging Azure and OpenAI services.

The role spans Commercial, V&A, and Medical Affairs with a strong emphasis on governance and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in informatics, bioscience or business administration.
• English/Country language desirable.
• 5+ years in digital platforms, automation, AI or analytics roles.
• Proven knowledge of data modelling and databases.
• Expertise in SQL, Python for data transformation.
• Snowflake (preferably) or Databricks or equivalent.
• Azure, OpenAI or similar PowerBI and dashboard solutions for insights generation.
• Copilot applications and Studio.
• Change Management and Capability Building for AI adoption.

Aufgaben

• Act as hands-on data and analytics expert building production-grade solutions in Python/SQL.
• Design, build, and own local data models and scalable pipelines in Snowflake.
• Co-create Power BI solutions and establish high-performance semantic models.
• Lead AI/GenAI and automation initiatives aligned with global strategy.
• Ensure data privacy, governance, and compliance across local data sources.
