Job summary

Wwshemi in Vienna, Austria, seeks a senior product designer to lead end-to-end design across product, brand, and website. You will stay hands-on while guiding the design team and collaborating with product and engineering to shape the experience.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of end-to-end product design experience across multiple product areas.
• Strong hands-on skills in Figma, prototyping, and user interviews.
• Design-team leadership experience or readiness to take on team responsibility while staying hands-on.
• Experience building and scaling design systems with ownership across brand, website, and product design.
• Analytics-driven approach to measuring and iterating on design decisions.
• Experience using modern AI tools (Cursor, v0, Claude) to accelerate design work.
• Native-level German and professional English.

About the Role

Lead product design for a growing B2B AI communications software company, balancing hands-on product work with team leadership. You will partner closely with product and engineering, shape the experience across multiple product areas, and set a consistent standard across the product, website, and brand.

What You'll Do

• Own design across product, brand, and the design team, remaining hands-on in day-to-day work.
• Design and prototype product experiences, conduct customer interviews, and use insights to guide iteration.
• Partner with product and engineering on three product areas, supporting fast decisions and frequent releases.
• Lead designers working across the website, branding, and product design.
• Build a strong understanding of customer needs through regular conversations with business users.

What We're Looking For

• At least five years of end-to-end product design experience, with ownership across multiple product areas.

• Experience building and scaling design systems, with ownership spanning brand, website, and product design.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: €80,000 to €150,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
