You will plan, manage, and oversee the UNITE project from alignment to worldwide implementation, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regional consistency.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams across regions, data, interfaces, compliance, recruiting, learning, and onboarding, monitor budget and milestones, and deliver training and change

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business administration or related field.
• Several years in international implementation projects with PM and change management.
• Strong communication, intercultural competence, problem solving, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Passion for developing people and delegating responsibility; pragmatic leadership.
• Excellent German and English; additional languages welcome.
• Willingness to travel during implementation phases.

Aufgaben

• Lead our global HR software rollout project UNITE to successful implementation.
• Manage scope across the entire employee lifecycle including data, interfaces and compliance.
• Coordinate collaboration between regions, implementation partners, and software providers.
• Lead an international project team with clear roles and cross-border cooperation.
• Monitor progress, budget, milestones and report to senior management.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and harmonisation of HR processes.
