Zusammenfassung

Rohlik is seeking a Head of Warehouse Projects to own the delivery execution of major CapEx implementation projects across Europe, from retrofits to new site layouts. You will drive from kickoff through commissioning and handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will manage vendors, budgets, and schedule, coordinate with Solution Design, Automation, Procurement, Facilities, and Operations, and escalate risks with structured reporting. Regular international travel is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale CapEx delivery projects in warehouse automation.
• Engineering degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Mechatronics.
• Strong knowledge of material handling systems and G2P/AS-RS technologies.
• Proven delivery leadership with budgets and multi-vendor environments.
• Willingness to travel internationally across Europe.

Aufgaben

• End-to-End Delivery: own the execution from kickoff through commissioning and handover.
• Program & Schedule Management: manage plans, budgets, resourcing and milestones.
• Vendor & Site Governance: oversee contractors and vendors on-site with quality standards.
• Cross-Functional Integration: coordinate with Solution Design, Automation, Procurement, Facilities, and Operations.
• Risk Management & Escalation: identify risks early and maintain structured reporting.
• Testing & Operational Readiness: lead testing, sign-off, and handover protocols.
• Stakeholder Reporting: provide status, risk, and financial variance reports.
