Zusammenfassung

Rohlik is seeking a Head of Warehouse Projects to own the delivery execution of major CapEx automation projects across sites. You will lead retrofits and new layouts, drive G2P implementations, and ensure on-time, on-budget handover to local teams.

The role requires 5+ years of leading large-scale delivery, an engineering degree, and willingness to travel across Europe. Hybrid work options and high-impact leadership are offered.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years leading large-scale CapEx delivery in warehouse automation or industrial manufacturing.
• Engineering degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics fields required.
• Proven ability to lead budgets, schedules and multi-vendor environments.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence for cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally across Europe.

Aufgaben

• End-to-End Delivery: own execution of warehouse implementation projects from kickoff to handover.
• Program & Schedule Management: drive plans, budgets, resources, milestones.
• Vendor & Site Governance: manage contractors and suppliers on-site with quality standards.
• Cross-Functional Integration: coordinate with Design, Automation, Procurement, Facilities, Operations.
• Risk Management: identify dependencies and blockers, maintain RACI matrices.
• Testing & Operational Readiness: lead commissioning, testing, and handover.
• Stakeholder Reporting: report status, risks, and variances to leadership.
