Rohlik is seeking a Head of Warehouse Projects to own the delivery execution of major CapEx automation programs—from retrofits and G2P integrations in legacy sites to full layout rollouts for new expansion sites across Europe. You will drive end-to-end project delivery with clear ownership.

• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale CapEx delivery projects in warehouse automation or industrial settings.
• Solid understanding of material handling systems, conveyors, racking, and G2P technologies.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and multi-vendor environments.

• End-to-End Delivery: lead execution from kickoff to go-live and handover.
• Program & Schedule Management: drive plans, budgets, resourcing, milestones.
• Vendor & Site Governance: manage contractors and integrators on-site.

• Risk Management: identify dependencies and blockers, maintain RACI matrices.
