Kraken is building its internal AI platform and seeking an experienced engineer to design the technical layer from surface to production runbooks. You will identify gaps, evaluate vendors, and contribute to the toolchain that powers the enterprise AI estate.

Join a team responsible for the governed integration gateway, internal tooling, and data/identity controls, collaborating with compliance, traders, and backend engineers to unlock real leverage from the tools.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building AI platforms or internal developer platforms.
• Strong Python or similar language skills.
• Experience integrating LLM and SaaS APIs with agent and tool use patterns.
• Identity and access management: Okta, OAuth, SCIM, SSO.
• Operational discipline: SLAs, runbooks, escalation hygiene.
• Clear written communication for technical docs.
• Judgment on what to build vs. demo or pilot.

Aufgaben

• Design and build the technical layer of the AI platform, from integration surface to production runbook.
• Own the governed integration gateway as an engineering surface with onboarding and auth flows.
• Develop internal tooling: agent scaffolding, prompt assets, and model evaluation harnesses.
• Configure and operate tiered spend controls across the AI estate and governance.
• Implement data handling, retention policies, and model eligibility controls.
• Collaborate with teams to unblock them and enable leverage from tools.
• Lead technical enablement: tool rollouts and office hours for model releases.
• Administer the enterprise AI estate end to end including provisioning and vendor configs.
