Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience, including concept development and testing.
• Experience leading technical teams, projects, or engineering organizations.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry or another highly regulated high-technology environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on concept development and feasibility assessment of next-generation semiconductor technologies and products.
• Define and drive the strategic technology roadmap for concept and feasibility initiatives, aligning engineering activities with business objectives and future market requirements.
• Foster innovation by promoting creative problem-solving, technical excellence, and exploration of novel engineering approaches.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with product engineering, systems engineering, process engineering, sourcing, quality, and external partners to ensure successful technology maturation.
• Communicate technical strategies, development progress, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, research institutions, and industry partners to support innovation and technology advancement.
• Manage team performance, workforce planning, resource allocation, talent development, and succession planning.
• Establish a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, collaboration, and engineering excellence.
