Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline.
• 8+ years of engineering experience, including concept development/testing.
• Proven record leading technical teams or engineering organizations.
• Experience in semiconductor/ high-tech industries.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Aufgaben

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering team for concept development and feasibility of next‑gen semiconductor tech.
• Define and drive strategic technology roadmap aligning with business goals.
• Foster innovation and promote technical excellence.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration with product, systems, process, sourcing, quality, and partners.
• Communicate strategies and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with suppliers, research institutions, and industry partners.
• Manage team performance, planning, resources, and talent development.
• Establish culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
