• Excellent verbal and written English.

• Drive innovative mechanical development projects during concept and feasibility phases.
• Develop and evaluate engineering concepts and transform ideas into viable solutions.
• Prepare and present technical reports, analyses and design reviews to communicate design intent and results.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Ensure designs meet engineering, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Support risk assessments and technical decision-making throughout development.
