Responsibilities include defining RF control, researching neural networks and reinforcement learning for power control and calibration, and building Python/MATLAB simulations to test AI ideas, contributing to cutting-edge wireless products.

Qualifikationen

• Proven years of relevant experience in RF, including cellular transmit architectures, or PhD degree with previous work on cellular topics.
• Knowledge of cellular radio/3GPP standards (GSM, UMTS, LTE, LTE-A, 5G NR).
• Solid grounding in RF systems, transceiver architecture and TX waveform trade-offs.
• Hands-on experience with classical ML techniques applied to regression/classification.
• Experience with neural networks for regression/classification and reinforcement learning.
• Fluent English; collaboration across multicultural teams.
• BSEE or MSEE are required or strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Translate system-level requirements into TX lineup requirements and RF algorithm specifications.
• Define RF control infrastructure, resources, interfaces, memory and timing constraints.
• Research, design and prototype ML models for RF transmitter applications such as power control and calibration.
• Develop and maintain Python/MATLAB simulation environments to model RF systems and test AI algorithms.
• Analyze simulation data to evaluate performance and propose improvements.
