NOVOMATIC in Gumpoldskirchen, Austria, is seeking a full-time game developer to join the Game Studio '707 Games'. You will develop online slot games in C# within our internal framework and mentor a growing team of engineers.

You will coordinate with Game Design, QA and external partners, ensuring high quality, well-documented code and timely delivery in an agile environment. Flexible hours and partial remote work are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of professional C# development experience.
• Experience leading software teams in a Technical Lead, Scrum Lead or comparable role.
• Experience in game development, ideally within the casino or online gaming industry.
• Strong communication skills and solid command of English.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement high-quality online slot games using C# within our internal framework, writing clean, maintainable and well-structured code.
• Mentor and provide day-to-day technical guidance for the development team, motivating and supporting engineers.
• Analyse, refine and document technical and functional requirements, collaborating with Game Design, Technical Artists, QA and international partners.
• Coordinate technical implementations, monitor progress, identify risks, drive improvements, and support onboarding of engineers.
• Act as the primary technical contact for our external development partner (Greentube) and ensure effective technical coordination across stakeholders.
