Greentube GmbH in Vienna seeks a Senior .NET Backend Developer to transform game ideas into scalable backend systems for social casino games, from real-time gameplay to data pipelines.

You will work with REST, GraphQL and WebSocket APIs, design distributed systems, and contribute to the Vue.js Admin Panel. The role combines backend engineering with modern DevOps practices in a hybrid setup.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with .NET technologies; .NET 5+ preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with REST, GraphQL and WebSockets APIs.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud-native tech.
• Understanding distributed systems that support millions of players.
• Experience building event-driven systems via Kafka, RabbitMQ and Azure Service Bus.
• Strong product thinking and ability to turn stakeholder needs into technical requirements.
• Collaborative mindset with agile approach and English communication.

Aufgaben

• Turn technical discussions and stakeholder feedback into clear, actionable requirements and practical solutions.
• Explore, evaluate, and manage libraries and tools to choose the right solution for each project.
• Design and build optimised distributed backend systems and real-time gaming features for high concurrency.
• Create and optimise databases and ETL pipelines for reliability and performance.
• Bring new features to life in our Vue.js Admin Panel by implementing their configuration.
• Create and maintain automated and performance tests for reliability under pressure.
• Develop and maintain Vue.js Test-Client features to ease backend testing.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and rollback strategies; collaborate with frontend teams.
