MERKUR Excellence GmbH, part of the MERKUR GROUP, is seeking a Senior Game Developer (m/f/d) to join our studio in Vienna. You will design and implement high-quality slot games for casino platforms using Unity and C#, in an Agile environment with Producers, Game Mathematicians, and Artists.

Bring advanced Unity expertise, strong OOP skills, and a proven track record in casino game development. Fluent English is required; German is a plus. A proactive, team-oriented mindset is essential.

• Advanced experience with Unity and C#.
• Experience developing casino games, especially slot machines.
• Fluent in English; German is nice to have.
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.

• Develop and maintain slot machine games for casino platforms using Unity.
• Implement gameplay logic and features in collaboration with Producers, Game Mathematicians, and Artists in an Agile (Scrum) environment.
• Ensure high code quality, performance, and maintainability across the development process.
• Contribute to designing clean software architecture and scalable systems following best practices.
