Job summary

Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the community: Line manage Team Leads and build a culture of ownership and knowledge sharing.
- Set priorities and enable delivery: Balance engineering capacity with product development and live operations.
- Champion engineering excellence: Define expectations for software quality, reliability and safe operation.
- Provide technical direction: Guide complex optimisation challenges and strengthen expertise across the community.
- Connect technology and business: Align technical capabilities with customer needs and commercial opportunities.
- Embrace new ways of working: Promote AI-assisted and agentic development tools to boost productivity and quality.
