Zusammenfassung

Dynatrace is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer in Linz, Austria to build and maintain post-sales relationships with our largest strategic customers. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding deployment and adoption of Dynatrace products to maximize value.

You will act as the customer advocate, work with product management on roadmaps, lead quarterly business reviews, and collaborate with support, R&D and account teams to accelerate issue resolution.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related work experience in customer success or technical roles.
• Proven track record with large enterprise customers, including executive leadership.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain post-sales relationships with Dynatrace’s strategic customers.
• Advise on product adoption, configurations, and value realization.
• Advocate for customers, coordinate with Support, PM and R&D to speed resolution.
• Lead and participate in Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews with customers.
• Stay current on Dynatrace products and document best practices.
