Deel is seeking a technical leader to coordinate and lead a dynamic team supporting internal tools and automation solutions. In this hands-on role, you will drive technical excellence while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency across Customer Experience, Operations, and Customer Success departments.

You will guide architecture, mentor engineers, and push for data-driven improvements.

Qualifikationen

5+ years in software, systems, or automation roles.
3+ years of leadership or team coordination.
Strong coding or scripting ability (Python/JS/Go).
Experience with API development and integrations.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Lead a technical team delivering internal tools and automation.
Hands-on contributor while guiding others.
Oversee system integrations across Zendesk, Jira, WorkBench, and more.
Collaborate with stakeholders to turn needs into automated solutions.
