Rohlik Group is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager for Last Mile to design and deliver a 3–6 month continuous improvement roadmap. You will lead adoption of group standards, embed best practices, and drive sustainable improvements in delivery efficiency and on-time performance across sites.

You will partner with central and local teams to identify bottlenecks, roll out scalable solutions, and coach site teams on routing, loading, and delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of operational experience owning projects or programs in the last mile for retail.
• Strong leadership and coaching capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical thinker who can define metrics, read data, and separate cause from correlation.

• Owns the last mile improvement roadmap and ensures timely delivery.
• Leads end-to-end group-wide projects: frames the problem, builds the business case, pilots, measures impact, scales.
