Rohlik Group is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager for Last Mile to design and deliver a 3–6 month improvement roadmap across last mile operations. You will lead adoption of group standards, embed best practices, and drive sustainable gains in delivery efficiency and on-time performance.

You will partner with central and local stakeholders, identify bottlenecks from routing to delivery, and roll out scalable solutions across sites, travel 2–3 days per week as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of operational experience owning projects or programs in the last mile for retail.
• Strong leadership and coaching capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical thinker who can define metrics, read data, and separate cause from correlation.
• Project management experience.

Aufgaben

• Owns the last mile improvement roadmap and ensures initiatives are delivered on time.
• Owns initiatives end to end, including group-wide projects: frame the problem, build the business case, run pilots, measure impact, and scale.
• Leads adoption of operational best practices in loading, routing, and delivery through coaching and influence.
• Partners with group-level development and performance management teams and local site teams to coordinate projects.
• Read the problem in operation and data, identify true causes, and standardize fixes.
• Documents processes (value stream mapping, process maps).
