Rohlík Group in Austria is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager for Last Mile to design and deliver a 3–6 month improvement roadmap and drive sustainable gains in delivery efficiency and cost per order.

You will collaborate with central and local teams, embed best practices, and roll out scalable solutions across sites while coaching site teams and interpreting data to identify true bottlenecks.

Qualifikationen

• Owns the last mile improvement roadmap and ensures initiatives are delivered on time.
• Leads end-to-end group-wide projects: frames problem, builds business case, pilots, measures impact, scales.
• Coaches and influences on loading, routing, and delivery best practices.
• Coordinates with group-level development and local site teams on projects and performance.
• Diagnoses root causes from operation and data, separating signal from noise.
• Documents processes (VSM, process maps).

Aufgaben

• Owns the last mile improvement roadmap and makes sure initiatives are delivered on time.
• Owns initiatives end to end, including group-wide projects: frames the problem, builds and defends the business case, runs the pilot, measures and evaluates the impact, and scales what works across sites.
• Leads adoption of operational best practices in loading, routing, and delivery through coaching and influence.
• Partners with group-level development and performance management teams and local site teams to coordinate projects and current performance.
• Reads the problem in the real operation as well as in the data, tells the true cause apart from the noise, and turns the fix into a standard.
• Documents processes (VSM, process maps).
