Zusammenfassung

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a Lab Specialist to perform electrical measurements in the characterization lab and production line, set up equipment, and manage data and samples. You will support engineers in characterization setup and process route creation, ensuring accurate records and smooth sample logistics across laboratories and production areas.

Qualified candidates have a technical electronics education, some lab measurement experience, and skills in Python/Matlab; English fluency

Qualifikationen

• Technical education in Electronics or related field required.
• First working experience with laboratory measurement equipment preferred.
• Experience in Python/Matlab and basic PCB design is a plus.
• Understanding of characterization and testing methodologies.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and planning skills; effective cross-team communication.
• Fluent English and basic German proficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• First working experience with laboratory measurement equipment preferred
• Experience in programming such as Python/Matlab and Basic PCB design as a plus
• Understanding of characterization and testing methodologies
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work instructions with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Effective communication with engineers, technicians, and operations teams
• Fluent English and basic German proficiency

Compensation & Benefits

• We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.
• The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group E-F (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/).
• The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a.
• We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
