Zusammenfassung

Infineon Technologies in Graz seeks a student/trainee to support sensor technologies and electronics lab work. You will assist with PCB layout and soldering, build demonstrators for product validation, and collaborate across departments on digital sensor components.

Ideal candidates are HTL students or Bachelor/Master students in electronics, mechatronics, or applied CS with strong electronics fundamentals and hands-on lab experience, plus basic C/C++ and Python skills.

Qualifikationen

• Education: HTL preferred; actively studying Bachelor or Master in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, robotics, or applied computer science
• Strong fundamentals in electronics, mechatronics and PCB design (KiCad)
• Hands-on experience in electronics lab, soldering, measurement setups, and test bench creation
• Experience in coding and firmware/software development beneficial, with C, C++, Python
• Soft skills: hands-on mentality, self-driven, team player, open minded
• Language: English and German beneficial

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Sensor Support: Assist with Infineon sensor technologies including position, capacitive, current, and temperature sensors
• Laboratory Work: Perform lab measurements, set up and operate test benches
• Printed Circuit Boards: Assist in layout, assembly, and rework of printed circuit boards, including soldering
• Demonstrators: Build and maintain demonstrators for product validation and customer showcasing
• Collaboration: Work closely with multiple departments within the international organization
• Product Assistance: Provide product support and address topics related to digital sensor components

Further Information:

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time / Full-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)

Duration: min. 12 months
