Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Austria is seeking a driven Key Account Manager in Hematology-Oncology-CAR-T to manage long-term customer relationships, ensure prescribing and optimal product use, and drive regional account planning. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Medical teams to implement brand strategies and engage with clinical staff across hospitals and clinics.

We value strategic thinking, analytical skills, and fluency in German with strong English.
