fiskaly is hiring a Junior IT Engineer in Vienna (Hybrid). You will be the first point of contact for IT issues, supporting a distributed European team with a focus on clear communication and scalable processes.

The role emphasizes doc-driven problem solving, onboarding/offboarding, device fleet management, and improving automation to reduce tickets. 2–5 years of IT support experience and strong English are required.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years hands-on IT support experience, distributed or multi-country setup preferred.
• Fluent English; German is a plus, not required.
• Experience administering Google Workspace and managing device fleets.

Aufgaben

• Own L1/L2 IT support via Jira Service Desk; triage, resolve, escalate as needed.
• Onboarding/offboarding across locations; manage accounts, access, devices.
• Administer Google Workspace; manage permissions and security settings.
• Manage device fleet with Jamf/Intune/Landscape across macOS/Windows/Linux.
• Troubleshoot basic network issues; keep Confluence documentation current.
