Qualifikationen

• Technical education (HTL) or equivalent.
• Experience in electronics industry or complex machine maintenance preferred.
• Proficiency in German and English.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in shift and cleanroom environment.
• Basic IT skills (Word, Excel).

Aufgaben

• Translate technical complexity into hands-on excellence for operators.
• Train shift leaders and operators with practical, up-to-date guidance.
• Support smart maintenance by gathering machine data and turning it into improvements.
• Be part of machine change approvals and restarts with cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous process improvements and cost-saving ideas.
• Contribute to building advanced technologies at Europe’s IC substrate plant.
