Qualifikationen

• HTL graduate or university degree in engineering or equivalent
• Strong English; German for production role
• Experience in customer or supplier communication; substrate industry is a plus

Aufgaben

• Customer-focused tasks: implement customer quality requirements, prepare conformance docs, coordinate audits and approvals.
• Production-focused tasks: monitor internal quality standards, support qualification of new materials/equipment, drive continuous improvement with teams
