Zusammenfassung

AT&S Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik AG is seeking a Process Engineer for its Leoben plating team to develop, optimize, and sustain advanced IC substrate processes. You will drive high yield, cost efficiency, and DoE-driven improvements while supporting new product introductions.

Work closely with cross-functional and international teams to advance process capability, monitor SPC, and ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field as listed.
• At least 2 years of experience in IC substrate or related manufacturing.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, SPC, DOE, FMEA, 8D, 5 Why).
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work in cleanroom environments.

Aufgaben

• Develop, characterize, and optimize IC substrate manufacturing processes.
• Define process requirements, evaluate suppliers, qualify equipment and tooling.
• Monitor process performance using SPC and drive stability improvements.
• Investigate and resolve process-related issues to ensure high yield and throughput.
• Design and execute DoE studies to improve capability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Support new product introductions and ramp-up into high-volume manufacturing.
• Create and maintain process documentation; ensure quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Collaborate with global teams, mentor juniors, and support audits.
