Job summary

BOND IQ is hiring an AI/LLM engineer to join the engineering team, shaping AI features that read, translate, and match tenders. You’ll gain real product responsibility from day one with mentorship and fast shipping to customers.

We value curiosity about applied AI, solid programming fundamentals, and the ability to deliver end-to-end work. Fluent English required; German is a plus. Hybrid work from Vienna office with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Solid programming fundamentals in at least one language.
• Curiosity about applied AI — side projects welcome.
• Habit of finishing things and asking good questions.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• A degree is welcome but not required — what you can build matters more.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve AI-powered product features alongside senior engineers.
• Write, test, and ship production code — not prototypes.
• Help evaluate model and prompt changes so data guides decisions.
• Learn how AI systems behave at real scale, with real users and constraints.
• Grow: the role aims to make you a strong AI/LLM engineer quickly.
