Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an IT Support Engineer in Vienna to provide 1st-level support for Windows and Office, administer Windows clients and servers, and manage Active Directory, MS SQL, Exchange, and Ubuntu. You will support network administration (LANCOM preferred) and assist with integration projects while handling hardware procurement.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, German fluency, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• Experience addressing IT issues as a Support Engineer or in a similar role (Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.).
• Enjoyment in solving IT problems.
• Knowledge of IT networks (Cisco, LANCOM) is a plus.
• Driver’s license (Category B).
• Very good German language skills (spoken and written).
