Zusammenfassung

Erste Bank Oesterreich, part of the Erste Group, is seeking a professional to join the CIO team and help shape the IT strategy and governance. You will work on strategic technology topics with Business, IT, Erste Digital and Group functions, contributing to IT strategy development and governance.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing IT strategy, analyzing technology trends, preparing papers for CIO and senior stakeholders, and collaborating on architecture, cloud, data and AI

Qualifikationen

• University degree or comparable practical experience in IT strategy, governance or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure complex topics clearly.
• Confident communication and collaboration with different stakeholders and senior management.
• Very good English; German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Support the development and implementation of the IT strategy and CIO initiatives.
• Analyze technology trends and translate them into implications for business, IT landscape and governance.
• Contribute to IT governance, portfolio and investment management and regulatory topics.
• Prepare decision papers, management presentations and structured analyses for the CIO and senior stakeholders.
• Work with Erste Digital and internal stakeholders on strategic technology topics including architecture, cloud, data and AI.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and facilitate workshops with Business and IT stakeholders.
• Help improve governance processes, transparency and decision-making across the CIO organization.
