Quantum Technology Laboratories GmbH is seeking a technically strong, pragmatic Team Leader of IT & Security Operations to own the IT environment, maintain a secure infrastructure, lead the internal IT team and ensure security requirements are implemented. The role sits at the intersection of operational execution and governance.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading and developing a small IT/infrastructure team.
• Experience managing IT budgets and external vendors.
• Strong understanding of IT operations and governance + ITIL-aligned service management.
• Microsoft 365 expertise and identity/endpoint fundamentals, comfortable in Apple environments.
• Incident ownership experience incl. root cause analysis and improvement measures.
• Solid understanding of networks (topologies, routing, tunneling/VPN).
• Solid Linux administration understanding (operations, patching, hardening).
• Strong prioritization skills and pragmatic communication style.
• Comfortable working in hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud).
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.

• Oversee IT governance, processes, and documentation across the organization.
• Ensure secure, compliant IT operations and ISMS enablement.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and internal team development.
• Drive IT roadmap aligned with growth, risk and governance needs.
• Coordinate external IT service providers and ensure service quality.
