Zusammenfassung

Atome is seeking a Head of ICT & Operations and CISO (AUSTRIA) to lead the regional technology and security posture. You will shape the ICT strategy, manage local operations in Vienna, and own the ISMS in line with ISO 27001/NIST. This role drives GDPR compliance, DORA and MiCA adherence, and regulatory readiness for FMA audits.

You will oversee incident response, business continuity, and vendor risk, collaborating with global engineering and compliance teams to meet EU requirements.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in a senior IT leadership or security role within a regulated financial institution.
• Fluency in English; German proficiency is a plus.
• Deep understanding of DORA, MiCA and GDPR with regulator interactions advantageous.
• Experience with ISO 27001 or NIST ISMS frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Define ICT strategy and manage local operations in Vienna with 24/7 platform availability.
• Lead CISO activities including security governance, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee ISMS, GDPR, DORA and MiCA compliance; prepare for FMA audits.
• Manage incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning.
• Conduct due diligence on ICT third-party providers for EU regulatory security bars.
