Zusammenfassung

AVILOO GmbH is seeking an IT Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations for about 120 users across our Austrian sites. You will administer Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams) and enforce security best practices including MFA, least privilege, patching, and access reviews.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of IT administration experience with a focus on end-user support.
• Solid Windows client administration skills; macOS/Linux experience a plus.
• Scripting/automation experience with PowerShell, Bash or Python.
• Strong networking fundamentals (DNS/DHCP, VLAN/Wi‑Fi, VPN/firewalls).
• Written and spoken English and German; team and independent work style.
• Interest in modern automation and AI-assisted IT tooling.

• Own day-to-day IT operations for roughly 120 users/endpoints across our local site(s).
• Administer and improve Microsoft 365 environment (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
• Implement security best practices: MFA/Conditional Access, least privilege, endpoint hardening, patching, and access reviews.
• Handle incidents and service requests: triage, troubleshooting, documentation, and follow‑up to prevent recurrence.
• Roll out and maintain tools and apps, including SaaS tools (packaging, deployment, licensing, access management).
• Support users with device/software setup (Windows 11; macOS/Linux as needed).
• Collaborate with central IT on purchasing, standards, and platform changes.
